Joanne Bischmann is vice president of marketing for Harley-Davidson, and is responsible for strengthening and perpetuating the Harley-Davidson brand in the U.S. market and worldwide. She oversees all product marketing plans targeting the retail customer, including advertising, product literature, retail catalogs, promotions and branded entertainment content across product lines including Harley-Davidson Motor Parts and Motor Accessories, MotorClothes and Buell Motorcycles. She has advisory responsibilities in this role for the international markets.

Prior to joining Harley-Davidson in 1990, Ms. Bischmann was in advertising at Hoffman, York and Compton. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication.
